   9/9/08 - September 08 Nike SB drop.  New works in six models, Dunk Mid, Dunk Low, Blazer, Blazer Low, P-Rod 2, and Tre AD.  Hot kicks that don't cool off.  SB is known for inspiration behind colorways which they used to let be fairly known.  Now SB keeps these things a secret, so you will have to ask the staff at GZ.

 

   8/21/08 - Gravis has officially launched their skate line.  The very first model, the Arto Saari Viking Hi Lx LTD, is in stock now only in Ground Zero Natomas.  Gravis released this shoe to only five locations in Nor Cal.  Shops such as Huf, 510, and FTC SF share in the honor with Ground Zero to stock these very limited kicks.  Expect to see these on eBay for hundreds in a couple months.  More colors and models out later on at GZ Natomas and GZ Davis.

 

   7/30/08 - Nike SB August 2008 Drop.  Pictured is the brand new model from SB, the P-Rod 2 High, doing its best Jordan impression, as well as the P-Rod 2 with gold hits, the "Sea Crystal" Blazer, the "Tie-Dye" Dunk Mid, and the Harbor.  We guess you might be feeling at least two of these.

 

   7/5/08 - Just a couple of new 10 Deep items in stock now.  Pictured is the Born Ready tee and the Buffalo Check knit.  Peep these and more now at Ground Zero.

 

   07/03/08 - The Nike SB July 2008 line.  Included is the "Space Tiger" Dunk Low Premium modeled after an early 90's World Industries deck.  Also in this shipment, a camo Tre AD, royal blue Blazer Low, and an olive and purple Classic.  Plus, re-issues of the black and white Blazer and the "Griptape" Dunk Mid.

 

   7/03/08 - Nike 6.0 x Alkaline Trio "Heart & Sole" Zoom Air Cush.  This shoe has been highly anticipated among many punk fans and has now dropped at Ground Zero Roseville.  GZ is the only Sacto area shop to get these as they are highly exclusive.  No hype pricing, so get your pair now.

 

 

6/20/08 - Lakai x Where the Wild Things Are.  Many will remember the classic children's story of Max and his journey to a land of giant monsters.  Academy Award nominated director, Spike Jonze, is directing the film adaptation of the book.  Spike has an extensive history with skateboarding, directing videos from Blind's Video days to Lakai's Fully Flared.  Being so tight with the Lakai crew came the co-lab with his film which was supposed to be released late this year, however it has supposedly been delayed for a full year because it was deemed too scary for kids.  Really?  A movie about giant monsters who"gnashed their terrible teeth and showed their terrible claws" would be scary?  This is a very unique combo for a skate shoe so don't wait.  This is a sure sell out.

 

 

   6/18/08 - Fabricali tees!  We have had so many people asking for this new brand welcomed to Ground Zero.  With west coast love on every piece and the brand being hard to find, all who wear it will show their Cali pride while being noticed.  This has been selling out fast, so don't hold back. 

  

 

   6/17/08 - If you have been around the skate scene for a decade you will easily recognize this shoe.  New from Lakai is the Koston.  Apparently Eric Koston owned the rights to the old eS Footwear design so he made a few small changes and released it with Lakai.  Don't miss out on putting a once thought to be lost forever classic on your feet.  Limited Edition.

 

 

   06/02/08 -  A few of dozen new styles and colors from Rogue Status and Diamond Supply Co have arrived.  Check out the updated Gunshow print from Rogue with text between the guns and the Crooks & Castles co-lab with Diamond.  Lots more than what you see, but that doesn't mean they will be around for a bit.  Especially when ALL our tees are buy three get one free, something we have been doing for years.  It's how we do.

 

 

   06/01/08 - The Lakai NASCAR Series is in stock now.  This series features each pro's respective sponsor logos on the shoes.  Shown is the Biebel with logos from Matix, Diamond, and Girl plus the Mariano 2 with logos from Spitfire, Fourstar, and Girl.  This is the first time Spitfire has ever put their logo on a shoe.  Act fast!

 

 

   05/31/08 - Ground Zero Decks are back in stock.  With good wood, an array of sizes, and coming in at $29.99 with free grip, it's no wonder they sell out and our skate team takes them down triple sets all day.

 

   5/23/08 - The June shipment for Nike SB came in early.  Featured is the Newcastle Dunk Low, a Dunk Mid inspired by the extinct Casino skatepark in New Jersey, a Classic with the colors of an SB rep's ping pong table, the nearly indestructible Tre A.D. with purple hits, and a white Harbor.  If you're lucky we still have your size.

   05/05/08 - Our latest GZ tee "I Skate Sacto" just came in as well as more stock of our classic tees.  Lots more colors than what's shown.  Only $9.99!

 

   05/03/08 - A different concept in wheel design is what new brand "Funky Yoyo" owes to it's early success.  With a grooved out center like a yoyo and a harder durometer urethane core, this wheel performs.  Anyone who skates them notices they skate faster, slide better, and don't flatspot.  They are quickly catching on with the best of riders and sell out about as fast as we get them in. 

 

  

05/02/08 - Nike SB May shipment which includes the "Ferris Bueller" Dunk High, 720 Dunk Low, Cinco de Mayo P-Rod and more.  Like most Nike SB shipments, the most common sizes will be sold out quickly, so act fast!

 

   04/24/08 - Nomis is what's happening, in case you weren't sure.  Here are a couple of many new tees plus a hat and new from Nomis, a boardshort.  Enjoy.   Don't sit on this one, they'll be gone quick.

 

   04/23/08 - New sandals at GZ.  Pictured are just a few of the models from some of our brands including the Reef Dram with a built in flask in both feet, Rainbow's nearly indestructible 301 for guys and girls, and the Reef Fanning with a bottle opener on the sole.  Also new this year is the Reef Redemption Stash which is made of recycled material and has a large, hidden stash space in the heel.  We have more sandals from Reef, Rainbow, DVS, DC, Etnies, Volcom, O'Neill, and more.

 

   04/09/08 - DVS x Diamond Supply Co. pack.  Diamond's second co-lab with DVS is in stock and moving out fast.  This is all part of the DVS Original Intent line which is only sold in core skate shops making this shoe harder to find.  The Wilson 4 shoe features Diamond logos including a removable tongue patch.  Also in the the series is a t-shirt and a hat.  Once this is gone it's gone for good.

     04/05/08 - New Rogue Status.  These tees plus more in stock now.  For those who know, grab them quick cause you know how this goes.  Most others though, it's likely you haven't heard of Rogue Status, yet.  When that truck come at ya, don't say we didn't warn ya.

 

   04/05/08 - Diamond Supply Co. tees.  Many sizes and even more styles than these came in as well as hats.  Diamond bearings and hardware came in, too. 

 

         04/02/08 - New Nike SB.  Grab it while you can.  Always sells out fast.  Featuring a Dunk Mid modeled after Mr T's character in Rocky 3. 

 

     04/02/08 - More Nike SB.  Check the "420" Tre AD.  The lightest skate shoe made.  SB knows what they're doing.
